Bought used BMW 2013 Looking for either an Audi A6, or a BMW 528i, in black only. On CarFax,com, I saw the 528i, and sent an e-mail to check on availability. Jose Alphonso Looking for either an Audi A6, or a BMW 528i, in black only. On CarFax,com, I saw the 528i, and sent an e-mail to check on availability. Jose Alphonso, called me back immediately. After 1 day back, and forth, we agreed to my initial offer in the early afternoon. Immediately afterwards, I made arrangements for the money to be in place; rental car to drive from Sarasota,insurance, and so forth. Upon arriving at the dealership, Jose grabbed the plates for me to see, and drive the car. Upon seeing the car, I told Jose it wasn't necessary, to take it for a test drive, as the car was exactly as described. Within an hour, I was on my way home, after finalizing the paperwork with Jose, and the credit manager. Jose followed 3 days later (bought Friday), ensuring I was satisfied with the car, and if their was anything they could do ( car only had 1 key). On the day I purchased the car, Jose had offered to order a replacement key for a great price (the BMW dealership in Sarasota, quoted a much higher price. And even after coming down, still came in at a much higher price). The point I am making, is that Jose, and the dealership understood, that it was unlikely they would ever see me again, unless I was in the market to buy another car, but they still were wiling to honor the price on this $250.00 accessory item. A handshake, with honorable people, still lives on. More
