He was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. He catered to all of our needs and never tried to up sell us. We never felt pressured to buy, or uncomfortable at any point. In fact, it’s the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in any dealership. He really went above and beyond to find the car that we wanted and suited us the best. They say all car salesmen are soulless sharks but I can speak from experience that Hector the salesman and Oscar the manager were the most pleasant sharks to swim with. If you’re going to get a Mercedes this is the place to go, and ask for these guys, you won’t have a better experience anywhere else. More
