Janyll Henriquez, Sales/Lease Expert was a 10, in my book, pleasant, knowledgeable and on a mission to accommodate my needs and never letting me walk out without a deal. Oliver, Sales Manager from Ukraine/ Argentina, he was instrumental in negotiating the numbers to meet my financial needs. Oliver was pleasant and eager to clarify all the details to meet my needs. After a few sessions of clarifications, consensus was obtained. He also ensured that I could receive complimentary treats from the largest Benz, Boutique, I have ever visited. Janisly at the Benz Boutique was extremely helpful! Henry Diaz, Finance Representative was quite professional and made this experience quite welcoming.
