Warning light came on My C300 is a little over a year old and a warning light came on related to my seatbelt/airbags in the driver’s side. I was able to get an appointment for the next day (a Saturday). When I arrived, it took about 15 minutes to drop off the car and get a complimentary rental. They kept me apprised if when my car would be ready. When I picked it up, it only took about about 15 minutes from arrival to departure. They were courteous and efficient. I hope I never need to go back, but if I do, it will definitely be to this dealership! More

Upon entering the dealership, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and met right away with Frank Aguilera. Frank was amazing, kind, and very helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I was with my father and Frank made sure that my father also felt comfortable and welcomed. I was not sure what type of car I wanted at first, but Frank asked me all the right questions and he showed me the best options. I fell in love with one option and it had everything I was looking for and more, which was great! He made the entire process streamlined and exciting. He took the time to explain to me all of the features of the car and he followed up with me a few days after I left the dealership. Definitely, one of the best experiences I have ever had, all of my expectations were far exceeded. Daniel Baster was exceptional, I came back to this dealership because he had delivered an amazing service three years ago. He was the reason why I came back! As always, he was very professional and attentive. Daniel takes great interest to make sure you leave the dealership more than satisfied. He made my father and I feel very comfortable. He took the time to get to know us and build a relationship. Daniel also went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. As soon as I knew that my lease was coming to an end, he was the first person I thought of because I really appreciated all of his help and professionalism from the first moment I met him. Henry Diaz was another person that also went above and beyond. He explained all of the numbers to me and made sure that I understood everything. As he was explaining the numbers, he also built a relationship with us and was very friendly. We had a fun time talking to him and we were talking numbers! This dealership has the best staff, it doesn't matter if I move further up north, I will continue coming to this dealership.
