Great experience I went in for an oil change with the idea of shopping for an SUV while I waited. Charlie from the service department showed me a car in their showroom I went in for an oil change with the idea of shopping for an SUV while I waited. Charlie from the service department showed me a car in their showroom and hooked me up with a salesman so I could test drive it. I fell in love with it and Jose sat down with me after the test drive and proceeded to sell me the car. He even went as far as to ship my old car to Gainesville for my daughter and pick up her car to trade in. Wonderful staff and great service all around! More

I told him that I am going to bring my Mercedes for the service and I need to know the process and the price. He showed me the price and explained to me about the service. He even came with me to my car to show me some feature and he answered all of my question about the car. He made a service appointment for my car and the following week I brought my car and I met Kevin LaPlanche who was very professional and helpful. I also met Andrew Comas when I picked up my car and he was very professional although he was not very convincing when I asked him about some of the items which I was charged for in my bill. My overall experience at Cutler Bay dealership service department was very pleasant but the only negative thing about it was the bill which in my opinion was highly overpriced for the kind of the work which was done to my car. Sergio Serrano was highly recommended by one of my friends for his professionalism, ethics and excellence on customer service and my friend fell short on his recommendation, Don Sergio is the best not only when leasing a car but providing support during the lease. This particular time I got the best car at the best price possible. Don Sergio took the time too look for the car that I wanted: the model, the features, the color. He had patience dealing with me and I recognize that I'm not easy one. Just to know Mercedes Benz is five minutes away from where I live. Mercedes Benz from Miami is five minutes from where I work. Why to take the time and effort to go to Cutler Bay instead of the other MB dealerships?
