I didn’t have to “lift a finger” The car was delivered right to my door, and literally handed him the keys of my old car, and he took care of the rest (including registration) He also made sure that I am well educated with the technology that came with the car for me to fully take advantage of. The MercedesMe app is also a bonus. I can remotely control my car from my phone. Overall, I can tank him and his staff enough for taking care of me like family.
