No words to describe the quality of people you have working at the Service Dept. of Merceds Benz Coral Gables... I showed up on 06/19/2010 @ 11:00am to fix a Flat Tire, had to wait 15min.until I went working at the Service Dept. of Merceds Benz Coral Gables... I showed up on 06/19/2010 @ 11:00am to fix a Flat Tire, had to wait 15min.until I went inside to ask for help, since there was NO ONE outside...finally left the car for service, they called me @ 1:30pm to let me know that they were working on the tire and that they will be calling me again to let me know when the car was ready. I had to call @ 3:45pm, so they can tell me that the car was ready, and that I had 15min. to go pick it up, otherwise, the car will have to stay until Moday morning... Spoke with the Cashier to see if I could pay the balance over the phone, while my husband had already left to pick up the car and got there at 4:05pm. Never in my entire life I have experience this type of mediocrity and burocracy from a private company. As I was speaking with 'Guido' and explaining to him that this was unacceptable, he tranferred me to speak with the Service Manager, which conviniently happened to be out of the office for the weekend, so I was getting his voicemail... This will the the LAST TIME I take my car for service to this location, completely unacceptable to deal with this issue over a FLAT TIRE REPAIR!! Not to mention, that I had left some presents in my car that I needed for this coming Father's Day, so basically this scenario had ruined the event for the entire family!!! I will make sure to spread the word about this issue to every single person I know that owns a Mercedes Benz, so they can opt to choose another service location. I honestly thought that I was dealing with the quality of service that this type of car maker deserves!!! More

Joe was extremely conscientious with his suggestions. He was professional and it's easy to tell that he behaves as though he is a seasoned mechanic with a heck of a lot of knowledge. I took my C-300 in for service. The wheel rims were damaged (scraped). Val said the dealer would repair the four wheel rims for $1000. My C-300 has a Carlson Package which includes fancy rims. When I picked up the car I failed to notice that three letters had been buffed off and one had been put back with a majic marker. My son pointed it out to me as soon as he saw the car. I called Val and left a message as and explained the problem. He has never called me back. I don't think this the way to treat a customer that has two new cars from this dealer. More
I've had my 2003 SL55 serviced at Bill Ussery Motors 3 times. First time, I went top pick up the car and half the repairs were not completed including a leather repair that I paid for. I brought the car to Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale and they were able to quickly fix everything that Bill Ussery left broken. Second time, tried to charge me almost $175 for new windshield wipers that were quoted to me at $59. Didn't return calls, took forever, to fix car, and refused to give me a loaner car until I threw a fit. Third time, they lost my appointment in their computer and tried to send me away even though the problem with my car was a fuel pump that had broken off and was floating/banging around inside my fuel tank. When they did actually try to fix the car, and I went to pick it up after more than a week, they drove it out of the service garage and the car began to gush fuel all over the ground in front of me. A week later my car seemed to be back in one piece, but I’ve got several new rattles to remind me of Bill Ussery Motors whenever I drive my car. Note: Service representative Ariel always did a good job trying to smooth things over. I guess he has lots of practice. More
