In the past two months I have visited the service department twice. The first time was to repair two small dents on our E350. My wife and I ran into Luis Gutierrez and Ray Hernandez, they promptly as department twice. The first time was to repair two small dents on our E350. On the second visit, I took the car in to repair a front tire which was damaged along with the rim. In this occasion Marcos Gonzalez, was our service rep. Since the tire needed to be ordered, Marcos and I agreed that he would call me back to set an appt to replace the tire. He did as promised. These are not major issues, however, our expectation is that any service should be done right and on time, in addition, all employees demonstrated a pleasant and sincere customer care attitude.
