I recently visited the facility with some minor but troublesome issues that were occurring on as on and off basis, meaning that they were not constant. After doing some troubleshooting and working with those small troubles, and of course with some diligent and patience, along with closely paying attention to these issues – those issues seem to have been worked out. Most of all I want to reiterate that my firm believes that it could have not been done without their service and attention to detail that was definitely provided. When it was time to pick up the car, do to some construction that is currently going on at the dealer; the car was not up to their cleaning standards. Mr. Richard Santallana responded swiftly and was quick to the task of mending the issue at hand; He offered to get the car detailed without any objection as a token of appreciation for the time that the car had been in the shop in order to correctly and finally fix those small issues. Thank you guys for truly making that difference. More

Everyone hates having to go out of their way to get their car service. My brakes were making noise and I took my car into the dearlership to see what was wrong with them. Leidys Sierra was there to make car service. My brakes were making noise and I took my car into the dearlership to see what was wrong with them. Leidys Sierra was there to make sure that my problem would be solved promptly. I had worked with Leidys before and she had been spectacular. It was more of the same this time around. She was extremely professional and understanding and worked as efficiently as possible to make sure that my time would not be wasted at the dealership. She created my work order and walked me to the loaner counter. She then called me to inform me that my car was ready and when I told her I would be on my way to get my car, she made sure that my car was ready for me once I arrived, so I didn't have to spend unnecessary time waiting. Overall, the service was all that you could ask for and then more. I hope that I don't have to take my car in for service again, but if I do, I know that I can count on Leidys. More
I did not have a pleasant experience with the sales dept. at this dealership once I tried to buy my Mercedes ML350 which I was leasing. The sales rep. including the manager did not provide me with all of my options which caused me to contact the Mercedes dealer in Naples, Florida that helped me keep my car through their pre-owned financing dept. Due to the economy, my credit was not that great and the Gables Mercedes did not go the extra mile for me. However, the reason why I enjoy servicing my car with Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables is my service advisor, Lorena Renteria. She is the best. She anticipates all of my needs. She makes sure that my car is serviced and informs me of costly repairs beforehand. She is personable, caring, and is a perfect example of what great customer service is. I had a bad experience with their sales department, but I cannot say enough about how great their service advisor, Lorena Renteria is. Their service dept. should learn from her. More
