I highly recommend working with Peter Warwar at Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables. He is very professional, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and goes above and beyond to help. I recently purchased an ML 350 from Benz of Coral Gables. He is very professional, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and goes above and beyond to help. I recently purchased an ML 350 from MB Coral Gables, and without Mr. Warwar, this deal would not have happened. He not only helped tremendously with initial negotiations, but continued through all phases of the deal, showing hands-on knowledge with all aspects (shipping, registration, titling, and much more). My ML 350 required shipping and Peter helped with the coordination and went above and beyond in helping me find a local shipper. His knowledge, assistance and professionalism went above and beyond any experience I have had. I would strongly recommend seeking out Mr. Warwar for an exceptional buying experience. I took my C-300 in for service. The wheel rims were damaged (scraped). Val said the dealer would repair the four wheel rims for $1000. My C-300 has a Carlson Package which includes fancy rims. When I picked up the car I failed to notice that three letters had been buffed off and one had been put back with a majic marker. My son pointed it out to me as soon as he saw the car. I called Val and left a message as and explained the problem. He has never called me back. I don't think this the way to treat a customer that has two new cars from this dealer. More
Manoel found us a car that was better than we were looking wanting for the price we wanted to pay. The surrounding dealers, one was much closer to us, would only tell us about a few cars that did not looking wanting for the price we wanted to pay. The surrounding dealers, one was much closer to us, would only tell us about a few cars that did not have the features we wanted and then tried to get us to order a car. Manoel found our car, a custom order that had all the features we wanted with many features we didn't need but really love, in another state. He help us negotiate a better price than we expected for all the options we got and handled having the car shipped to us. Juan has ordered plug covers that were removed to put the cargo cover in the car and were lost. He is having them shipped to our home. The parts department has been really great in helping us get accessories we want even referring us to specialty shops for items that suite us better and some even less expensive than what they carry. Our experience with this dealership and our salesperson was a good one. You should plan some extra time if you go to this dealership as there are so many great restaurants in the area. More

I've had my 2003 SL55 serviced at Bill Ussery Motors 3 times. First time, I went top pick up the car and half the repairs were not completed including a leather repair that I paid for. I brought the car to Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale and they were able to quickly fix everything that Bill Ussery left broken. Second time, tried to charge me almost $175 for new windshield wipers that were quoted to me at $59. Didn't return calls, took forever, to fix car, and refused to give me a loaner car until I threw a fit. Third time, they lost my appointment in their computer and tried to send me away even though the problem with my car was a fuel pump that had broken off and was floating/banging around inside my fuel tank. When they did actually try to fix the car, and I went to pick it up after more than a week, they drove it out of the service garage and the car began to gush fuel all over the ground in front of me. A week later my car seemed to be back in one piece, but I’ve got several new rattles to remind me of Bill Ussery Motors whenever I drive my car. Note: Service representative Ariel always did a good job trying to smooth things over. I guess he has lots of practice. More
I would not buy a toy car from this dealership. On first visit they could not talk with me for an hour. On second visit with an appointment and a car loosely on order they could not see me at all. They never even called to ask why I did not complete my order. In addition to everything else, when your car is being serviced you don’t get a Mercedes to drive. You get a little rent a car instead. Who would be happy with that? Anyway, I guess they did me a favor. Mercedes cars now seem to have lots of problems. More
