For months I have been researching for a car that is suitable for my needs and had many questions on a few cars I was considering. I had consulted with Ariel about the cars I was interested in, such c suitable for my needs and had many questions on a few cars I was considering. He gave us his cell number and he told us to feel free to contact him anytime we had a question which we did!! We would call or text him even after work hours and he would respond immediately to answer our questions and concerns. When I finally decided that I wanted the GLK he was very informative and helpful with providing us with the best deal!! Also, Juan and Angel were very helpful in making us feel like they were being taken care of like family and not just another customer. They all exceeded my expectations with their excellent customer service and attention to detail!! Ariel is absolutely the guy to go to when you are looking for a car!! I can't say enough about how wonderful he was!! Angel was absolutely meticulous in helping with the finance portion!! He helped make this experience wonderful!! Phil picked me up from the airport, showed me my car in detail & let me drive it before we did paperwork. The car was perfectly detailed & all CPO maintenance had been done to perfection. The paperwork was organized & ready to go when I got there so it only took a few minutes to complete the transaction. I toured the dealership & it's a very impressive place. Every person I met on staff was friendly & courteous. Phil & I had a nice lunch & then I began my 1100 mile journey in my beautiful 2007 S65.
