Phil picked me up from the airport, showed me my car in detail & let me drive it before we did paperwork. The car was perfectly detailed & all CPO maintenance had been done to perfection. The paperwork was organized & ready to go when I got there so it only took a few minutes to complete the transaction. I toured the dealership & it's a very impressive place. Every person I met on staff was friendly & courteous. Phil & I had a nice lunch & then I began my 1100 mile journey in my beautiful 2007 S65. It was a great experience & I hgihly recommend Mercedes benz of Coral Gables. More

No words to describe the quality of people you have working at the Service Dept. of Merceds Benz Coral Gables... I showed up on 06/19/2010 @ 11:00am to fix a Flat Tire, had to wait 15min.until I went working at the Service Dept. of Merceds Benz Coral Gables... I showed up on 06/19/2010 @ 11:00am to fix a Flat Tire, had to wait 15min.until I went inside to ask for help, since there was NO ONE outside...finally left the car for service, they called me @ 1:30pm to let me know that they were working on the tire and that they will be calling me again to let me know when the car was ready. I had to call @ 3:45pm, so they can tell me that the car was ready, and that I had 15min. to go pick it up, otherwise, the car will have to stay until Moday morning... Spoke with the Cashier to see if I could pay the balance over the phone, while my husband had already left to pick up the car and got there at 4:05pm. Never in my entire life I have experience this type of mediocrity and burocracy from a private company. As I was speaking with 'Guido' and explaining to him that this was unacceptable, he tranferred me to speak with the Service Manager, which conviniently happened to be out of the office for the weekend, so I was getting his voicemail... This will the the LAST TIME I take my car for service to this location, completely unacceptable to deal with this issue over a FLAT TIRE REPAIR!! Not to mention, that I had left some presents in my car that I needed for this coming Father's Day, so basically this scenario had ruined the event for the entire family!!! I will make sure to spread the word about this issue to every single person I know that owns a Mercedes Benz, so they can opt to choose another service location. I honestly thought that I was dealing with the quality of service that this type of car maker deserves!!! More

I took it on face value but didn't really think he was much different from other car salesmen. I found out he was in a class all by himself a true gentlemen. I kept waiting for something to go wrong but it just was the smoothest experience my wife and I ever had purchasing a car. Peter handled the entire Transaction flawlessly and was so facilitating to all our requests he never said "no" to anything. It was a pleasure to purchase our pre own Designo S550 from Peter and Mercedes Benz Coral Gables, the former Bill Ussery Motor. Thanks especially to Susie Sastre who always greeted us with a smile and always made us the best cuban coffee. But the best experience didn't finish yet. Peter even had our present S63 detailed while we waited to take delivery of our new car. More
Our agent was great. He found us what we were looking for and help us negotiate a great price. However, paperwork was not all handled properly and the dealership tried to nickel and dime us with extra charge and help us negotiate a great price. It has taken over 2 months to get the registration (hasn't arrived yet) after far too many phone calls and excuses. The car was delivered missing 2 trim pieces. We got a lot of excuses and finally we were told they don't make pieces to go into the holes. I found the trim pieces at another dealership. The windshield wipers skipped badly and were replaced but not checked-they still skip badly and we waited over an hour to have the wipers replaced. Our agent has left the dealership and probably for the best. I do recommend the agent but can not recommend the dealership. We have found another dealership closer to home that has been very helpful (the same dealership that was able to find the trim pieces that were missing) More
