I have been to the service center at Mercedes Benz of Coal Gables several times for minor a incidents with my Mercedes Benz ML350. The reason i go there and pay a little more for service is exactly that. "The Service". Mr. Gutierrez ( SERVICE DIRECTOR )is extremEly couteous and outright helpful. He makes certain that I am taken care of right away and correctly the first time. I need not worry when I go there for any service to my Truck, He has always made me feel extremely important , even if im just a simple guy with a Benz. Thank you Luis Gutierez..... From the courtesy pick up to the courtesy wash this dealership and in particular, the service department, are second to none. For months I have been researching for a car that is suitable for my needs and had many questions on a few cars I was considering. I had consulted with Ariel about the cars I was interested in, such c suitable for my needs and had many questions on a few cars I was considering. I had consulted with Ariel about the cars I was interested in, such cars as the C-class and the GLK. He gave us his cell number and he told us to feel free to contact him anytime we had a question which we did!! We would call or text him even after work hours and he would respond immediately to answer our questions and concerns. When I finally decided that I wanted the GLK he was very informative and helpful with providing us with the best deal!! Also, Juan and Angel were very helpful in making us feel like they were being taken care of like family and not just another customer. They all exceeded my expectations with their excellent customer service and attention to detail!! Ariel is absolutely the guy to go to when you are looking for a car!! I can't say enough about how wonderful he was!! Angel was absolutely meticulous in helping with the finance portion!! He helped make this experience wonderful!! Juan was also great in helping us with some questions when Ariel was busy finding information for us! This is definitely the dealership to go to if you want the best service and honesty!! I had the best experience here!! More
