i wanted to acknowledge the great service provided by mike alonso, who sold us a certified used ml 350 truck. mike was a pleasure to deal with, and the antithesis of a car sales person. he was not push mike alonso, who sold us a certified used ml 350 truck. mike was a pleasure to deal with, and the antithesis of a car sales person. he was not pushy, and handled the sale from a to z with class, attention to detail, and with an a+ level of service. i understand that these folks deal with a more upscale clientele, but i have not received the same level of attention and professionalism at other places, such as braman. again, mike was a pleasure to work with, and will do my best to send him business. i should also mention that the finance person, frank fernandez, was also great to work with, went over all pertinent details, did not rush to close the deal, and was just overall extremely nice. last but not least, i forget the name, but we picked up the car today and both mike and his counterpart (sorry, forgot his name), spent over one hour programming our cell phones with blue tooth, and going through every detail about the car, and how to properly operate it. in closing, and coming from someone both in finance and sales, i had a great experience with these employees, and i hope bob brockway recognizes them for their outstanding service. i will tell everyone that asks about my experience, and will send business to mike whenever possible. thanks again More

It's one thing to get good good prices, service, courtesy, clean appearances and friendly service providers, which has been my experience at this dealership over the last 30 years. But when a dealership proves its loyalties to long time buyers by assuming the cost of repairs when warranties have expired, and the merits of such treatment are in order, that's an entirely separate issue. I have lived the experience and I have benefited from the service and treatment described above from Bill Ussery Motors. My family and friends have had similar experiences and therefore we continue to go back for more of the same. I own other brand vehicles, and have dealt with numerous dealerships. I cannot say that I have gotten similar treatment from any of them, most especially not to go the extra mile when there is merit but no obligation. In fact, some of them have done their utmost to avoid honoring extened warranties, which represents the other extreme of the vehicle ownership experience. I should state that I never buy a vehicle that does not include the maximum extended warranty available at the time of purchase, and my experience has been that the additional expense has been worth the investment. Two of three individuals that I list as parties that I very regularly interact with (Mr. Juan and Mr. Sanchez) are the best I have encountered. My experience with the third party (Mr. Santallana)is less common, but none-the-less satisfactory. More

I own two Mercedes Benz cars, a 1988 560SEL and a 2009 E-350, both cars have been always maintaned at Bill Ussery Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables formerly Bill Ussery Mercedes Benz. In April of 1988 the the E-350, both cars have been always maintaned at Bill Ussery Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables formerly Bill Ussery Mercedes Benz. In April of 1988 the then lead mechanic that delivered the car to me was Mr. Luis Gutierrez. This gentleman made such an outstanding impression on me that after my warantee period expired I continued to have my car service at that dealership. Luis Gutierrez, who is now the Director of Service at Bill Ussery, is one individual for whom I have a great deal of admiration and respect. His professional demeanor, knowledge and leadership of the Service Department is the reason my 1988 MB560SEL continues to be a Show Car, and the reason my 2009 E-350 continues to look brand new. Mr. Gutierrez commitment to total customer satisfaction is reflected in the manner with which the Service Department perform its duties. Another outstanding employee who is an asset to the dealership is my Service Advisor Mr. Valentin Sanchez, whose knowledge of the Mercedes Benz cars coupled with a warm and friendly personality, makes it a pleasure having my cars serviced at Bill Ussery. I congratulate Mr. Luis Gutierrez and Mr. Valentin Sanchez, for performing their duties in an outstanding fashion. With less than 1,000 miles on a new E350 the car was a mess. The entire command unit had to be replaced. Rocio Ruiz should be promoted and she is a sweet woman. I would not recommend my sales associate Carlos Pereda. I had some blue color staining my white seats so he just told me not to wear dark colors in my car ever. Once the sale was made his behavior changed. He acted as if he didn't know me. Enterprise put the wrong vin number on my paperwork and it did not match my rental. A C300 had been stolen in the area and I was detained for four hours until they could get to the bottom of why the paperwork's vin # didn't match the rental. A complete disaster. I was cleared with no tickets and was let go. Generally, calling coral gables mercedes is a minimum of an hour hold if your refuse to hang up to get status updates. Many times customer service or the dealership will say they will call back within 24 hours and they don't. Once they have your money being a client is not important. I expect to be treated like a decent human being. They only care about clients who spend over 100,000. End of story. They are understaffed and way to busy the coral gables dealership is a zoo. I am sure I am not the only client that feels mistreated. I don't expect the royal treatment but basic human decency would be nice. I saved up for this benz for a long time. I don't see myself as a repeat client. I am very disappointed in the dealership. Coral Gables is known for being a nicer part of town. Unfortunately, there isn't anything nice about this dealership. I am embarrassed to be their clients. More
