This dealership has shown a significant improvement in all respects since my last visit 2 years ago when I had my old car serviced...My walk-in bias was that I probably was not going to buy my car from t all respects since my last visit 2 years ago when I had my old car serviced...My walk-in bias was that I probably was not going to buy my car from this dealer...However, the salesman (Jorge Quevedo) spent a great deal of time with me & my wife, on three separate visits with NO pressure,no annoying followup calls and no 'tricks'... The deal that was offered was the deal I ultimately made...Negotiations were always pleasant and respectful...After completing my sale, there was a very in depth orientation with their technical support expert.. He spent several HOURS familiarizing me with the electronic options built into the car before I drove it off the lot...He was extremely patient... There wasn't anyone in the dealership, from the operator to the cashier, to the serviceman in parts, who wasn't friendly and helpful...I can't say that buying a new car is an enjoyable experience, but the dealership made the process as pleasant as possible... I am a loyal Mercedes Benz customer who rescently had their 2007 CLS550 transmission go at 80k miles. I decided to replace the car and not deal with the repairing ect. So as you may notice in my earlier their 2007 CLS550 transmission go at 80k miles. I decided to replace the car and not deal with the repairing ect. So as you may notice in my earlier post, I purchased a E550 Cabrio.. The car had an adjustment issue which involved software and the tourque converter which is what caused my other cars issue. Having just traded in a beautiful CLS and getting a vehicle and having simular issues with the transmission, after 1500 mile I no longer wanted the car. Well in FL you got to go by the lemmon law(did consult an attorney)they get to fix it 3 times before you get a new car. Walter did his best to go to Mercedes Benz and see if they would take the car back and let me get a new one. They said no and didn't consider I actually bought so many cars before. I was going to BMW for a M3 Cabrio and never coming back to Mercedes after I purchaced 6 cars in 5 years from MB none of which I purchased at this dealership though. Walter knew I would not be happy, and was committed to making me happy. He is so honest, he felt his sale was not complete until then. I got my new car Saturday and its amazing just like Walter for helping me get the deal approved by the stores General Manager David. They took the car as a trade and made an honest fair deal to make me happy with out consideration of profit or loss. THIS DEALERSHIP IS A CLASS ACT! I personally get a feeling of integrity from the whole dealership and like I said I have been servicing there for 20 years since I got my first Benz. It took that long to buy another car there because I could never get my price, but then came Walter Hidalgo and I finally know I can by my cars where I have them serviced at a great price. I dont know if Walter will read this, but if he does, thank you very much Walter I am so happy and love my new car! More

Prior to visiting MB of CG, I was indecisive, confused, and irritated over buying my next car. I was not interested in buying a Mercedes but went to the dealership on a recommendation. I was suprised by the pressure-free attitude and warm atmosphere. At my request, Miguel went over the history of MB, and showed me all the details and safety features that make Mercedes a solid choice. Who knew Mercedes is more than just a brand name? I did not not buy a car that first day, or the second day I returned, or even the third day. Instead, I shopped around but returned because of the service and attention to detail as well as the fair prices. The front desk greets you right away and even stands up at your arriving presence. Tea and coffee were offered, and by the following visit, they knew exactly the type/amount of sweetener I preferred. They showed me all the reasons why Bill Ussery is the place to trust for my certified preowned car. Even after all that, I still didn't buy the car, and I was never pressured to. Miguel was patient and answered questions, followed up, but never pushed at all. When I did decide on the car, Frank and his team accomodated my requests as much as possible and made my purchase here more valuable than at any other dealer for Mercedes Preowned. Since I was paying for a rental at the time, they put me into a Benz loaner until my car was ready for delivery and I dumped my Versa rental. My car was delivered in beautiful condition. Bill Ussery goes beyond minimum requirement made by Mercedes for preowned. That's why I think they stand out from the other dealers in Florida. This is my first MB purchase, I was never treated less than the guys buying 100k cars here. Henry was great with my paperwork and his advice, honest and sound. I qualified for the lowest rate and he still matched my outside lenders discount. It made financing at MB a no brainer. Damian, who works in a totally different area of lease returns, got me acquainted with my new car and all the tech stuff that I don't know to do. Plus, he makes a good coffee. So does Edgar. Sure you can find a Benz and probably one for a little cheaper but it may not have all the care into car, the top requirement for a Bill Ussery certified preowned which is better than just mb certified, the no pressure, fair prices, etc. You can believe that I was pain in the neck to deal with that week, but I was given the utmost respect. Plus, people who had already bought earlier were returning to thank the staff! I am extremely satisfied with my big purchase. I'm glad I went with mercedes and even more so that I chose to buy exclusively from this place. I will recomend them to everyone. I always say the money is not made in the initial purchase. The money is in the follow-up. I am confident that I will be well cared for here long after my purchase. If you want an exciting experience, or you want the kind of no pressure, no bull, experience, or if you want real facts, numbers, and a great price for the money, then buy your car here. If you want frustration, pressure, headaches, deceit or lies, a boring experience, or uncertainty, then buy somewhere else. You get what you pay for, the cheap comes out expensive, but in my case I got far more than what I paid for. Thanks to the team at Bill Ussery Mercedes Preowned, a family company who values Sundays off for their staff, who consistently breaks sales and service records, and is one of the oldest original MB dealer in the country. I am thrilled with car and the whole experience. Yay!! More
