I had a great experience so much so that I wanted to comment about it; I dropped off both my cars at the same time, which could be troublesome if they are delayed for anything. Ana Gasson my service rep was great; she contacted me when each of my cars was ready, one had to stay overnight because of the air suspension, she informed me of this, was available when I picked up my first one and followed up with me the next day when my second was ready.. She explained everything that was done and went over helpful tips to keep my car running great. I've always taken my cars to the Coral Gables Mercedes dealership, and always had a good experience, but Ana when above and beyond my expectations and will always be looking for her. More

Their showroom was beautiful their entire staff was friendly, I didn't feel pressured, and they answered all of my questions.
