Everyone hates having to go out of their way to get their car service. My brakes were making noise and I took my car into the dearlership to see what was wrong with them. Leidys Sierra was there to make sure that my problem would be solved promptly. I had worked with Leidys before and she had been spectacular. It was more of the same this time around. She was extremely professional and understanding and worked as efficiently as possible to make sure that my time would not be wasted at the dealership. She created my work order and walked me to the loaner counter. She then called me to inform me that my car was ready and when I told her I would be on my way to get my car, she made sure that my car was ready for me once I arrived, so I didn't have to spend unnecessary time waiting. Overall, the service was all that you could ask for and then more. I hope that I don't have to take my car in for service again, but if I do, I know that I can count on Leidys. More
