The car was exactly as described, and the moment I walked in I was greeted by Philip Leite. He was very friendly and very professional, he was not pushy, or dishonest like most sales people now days. He walked me through the whole process and made it so easy for me to get the car and to get the best interest and price! He is awesome, I highly recommend if you go to this dealer to work with him, I plan to go back when I'm ready for a new Benz. This has to be one of the best dealers to buy from in South Florida thats why they have excellent reviews. If you want the best you must work with the best. I recently visited the facility with some minor but troublesome issues that were occurring on as on and off basis, meaning that they were not constant. After doing some troubleshooting and working with those small troubles, and of course with some diligent and patience, along with closely paying attention to these issues – those issues seem to have been worked out. Most of all I want to reiterate that my firm believes that it could have not been done without their service and attention to detail that was definitely provided. When it was time to pick up the car, do to some construction that is currently going on at the dealer; the car was not up to their cleaning standards. Mr. Richard Santallana responded swiftly and was quick to the task of mending the issue at hand; He offered to get the car detailed without any objection as a token of appreciation for the time that the car had been in the shop in order to correctly and finally fix those small issues. Thank you guys for truly making that difference. More

I chose Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables after visiting a couple of other MB dealerships in the area. I was referred to them by TrueCar.com. He took his time to show me the vehicles he had that were close to what I wanted. He then searched the entire US database for an E350 Bluetec that I might like. When we couldn't find one he then patiently ordered the exact one that I wanted. His boss Walter even came in to say Hi and give a hand to make sure the order was perfect. Peter kept me informed as I awaited delivery of my car. After making sure that I was completely happy with my vehicle negotiating price was a very smooth process. Angel Rabbasa took his time to explain all finance options and extra packages. The next day Peter Quinones spent 2 hours explaining all of the awesome features I had purchased!!!
