As you see, I am not very satisfied with the job done. The dealer called us in order to pickup the car, and the car wasn't ready. The only person that had a outstanding service was the lady from Enterpris The dealer called us in order to pickup the car, and the car wasn't ready. The only person that had a outstanding service was the lady from Enterprise. The rest of the personnel was nice, but no one new about my car. After 45 minutes, I had to talk to another person and they told me that the car was being washed. Suddenly the car appeared and a I asked to the driver "did you wash the car"? and he said "yes". You have to work very much with the customer service and the communications between departments. This is my first Mercedes and this is not a good experience. I have been with Audi for over 5 years without any problems or issues. I paid almost $500.00 for a maintenance, (which is not cheap) and the rate doesn't correspond to the service provided. More

I worked with Peter Warwar during my purchase of a new 2012 C250 Coupe and am very happy with the service I received. The car was ordered from another state due to the fact that a model with my exact spec 2012 C250 Coupe and am very happy with the service I received. The car was ordered from another state due to the fact that a model with my exact specifications did not exist locally. Due to my being excited about the car arriving I called and texted him quite a bit asking about the status of the car. My questions were answered thoroughly and he also took the time when I bought the car to show me how it worked (GPS, controls, etc). In the future when I buy a replacement for this car I will definitely buy it from him and will also refer people I know to him for the purchase of a vehicle. I think he is an asset to the Bill Ussery organization and through his excellent customer service he helps build loyalty to the dealership brand. More
I have dealt with this dealership on many occasions over the years and have found them to meet all of my personal requirements. If there was a legitimate concern, it always got resolved favorably. While not everyone's experience is going to be the same as mine, I know that they want to make your experience as pleasurable, as possible. Mr. Bob Anderson (sales advisor,) has always been very professional, responsive, oourteous, and honest. I have no problem giving him my kudos and two thumbs up. I have told many people to see Bob and let him fufill all of their MB needs. Mr. Angel Rabassa (Finance Manager), is also a gentleman that you would want to see and work with. Likewise, Tony Fuentes (service advisor) has always been a gem. Their Collision Center is top notch and I have seen them perform miracles on mangled vehicles. The product---let's just say that if I am ever in a crash---I want to be in a Mercedes. This is because I know that I will still be around to speak about it. At this point, I feel like MB of Coral Gabless is like family to me. I have my eccentricities, and they have theirs--but it works for me. I hope it will work for you, too! JMD More
