I have had a Mercedes for over 5yrs. I have not had much luck at ALL with the brand, with my vehicle. But times likes these. I am pleased at least there is a little tiny light in the giant tunnel of darknes luck at ALL with the brand, with my vehicle. But times likes these. I went to another dealer and received horrible service and just hurdles to get my issue resolved. I contacted MB of CG and David Robinson was amazing and made me regret my attempt at another dealer only cause it was closer. (The one in Cutler Bay)He quickly made his effort to resolve my issue. Great service, great attitude, and a great asset to the company. I thank him and makes me want to have another part to order so I can get great service again.
