Damien was a true professional and really worked on behalf of my wife to get the car priced where she wanted it, and he spent a considerable amount of time going over the vehicle's functions with her and I and treated out 10 year daughter very kind as well. I purchased my Merceded from a dealer in Chicago and had it shipped to my home, did'nt have the personalized experience but I'm certain that in the future I will ask Damien to help with any purchase for me as well. I have had a Mercedes for over 5yrs. I have not had much luck at ALL with the brand, with my vehicle. But times likes these. I am pleased at least there is a little tiny light in the giant tunnel of darknes luck at ALL with the brand, with my vehicle. But times likes these. I went to another dealer and received horrible service and just hurdles to get my issue resolved. I contacted MB of CG and David Robinson was amazing and made me regret my attempt at another dealer only cause it was closer. (The one in Cutler Bay)He quickly made his effort to resolve my issue. Great service, great attitude, and a great asset to the company. I thank him and makes me want to have another part to order so I can get great service again. Aka: I look forward on coming back and giving this dealership my business & will recommend to my family members who are also Mercedes owners. More
