The service was excelent but i wouldn't like to take my car back again for the same problem. It was the second time they had to change the whole roof because of a leak. The service, promptness, and friendliness of Tony Fuentes were as always impeccable. My C320 still shows problems with the esp sensor which the technicians haven't been able to locate, and this is the reason were as always impeccable. My C320 still shows problems with the esp sensor which the technicians haven't been able to locate, and this is the reason why I rated the work as good and not great. He have been clients for many many years, but when we wanted to purchase the new GL the dealer and MB finance completely mislead us and advised us to lease and starting adding services y forcing us into wanted to purchase the new GL the dealer and MB finance completely mislead us and advised us to lease and starting adding services y forcing us into make a decision in the spot because the car had already two more people waiting to buy it! This is no way to treat a client - for generations- and even with great history and credit score.... I don't even want to talk about the interest rate is outrageous ! More
