I had a slow leaking tire and discovered a puncture - on Dec 31. I had a choice of going for a patch at a gas station or tire store, or calling the dealer. He called back within 15 minutes, was very candid to tell me it would cost a bit more there, but said he's squeeze me in. I opted to go there. Marcos was friendly, gracious, assured me he'd investigate a patch before suggessting a new tire (I had only 5K miles on this very new car), and although the service center was bedlam just before the holiday, he got it all done -- and with a car wash thrown in -- for a patch which all cost just $52. And in the meantime, I had a great cup of coffee and was able to work on my computer so as not to lose the time. I was back in my office in time for lunch. Speed, efficiency and more than friendliness - genuine warmth. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More
