The Service and Parts departments associates Ignacio and Jesus have always taken time to explain vehicle service needs to my full understanding and satisfaction, and in a most respectable and professional manner. My recent experience with the Sales team was equally exceptional. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. George and Juan were patient and took the time to get to know me, fully understood my requirements, and placed me into a new Mercedes Benz that truly meets my needs.
