BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER EVER!! First off I'd like to say that I know this sounds stereotypical but I normally don't write reviews for anything. Now that I've gotten that out of First off I'd like to say that I know this sounds stereotypical but I normally don't write reviews for anything. Now that I've gotten that out of the way, I was on a road trip coming from Jacksonville FL, on my way to Atlanta to see family when a service light came on in my 2009 E63 AMG rather quickly warning me of battery power loss followed by overheating advising me to pull over immediately. I pulled over called my insurance provider for a tow. They advised me that it would be 3hrs before someone could reach me because of the day and location. They also advised me that the closest Mercedes-Benze dealership (Mercedes-Benze of Columbus) was 20 miles away. Unfortunately for me it actually took 4 1/2hrs and that was 4 1/2hrs in what the thermometer in my car read to be 100-112 degree heat and the only shade being....inside the car. I kept checking to see what time the dealership closed because I was afraid I wouldn't get my car there in time, and this would end up being a wasted day altogether. Finally the tow truck arrives I get to the dealership with minutes to spare....I mean minutes to spare..and there was Mrs. Napier sitting there she as well the ENTIRE service team was EXTREMELY cordial, was in no rush despite the fact that they close in like two minutes. Told me where to get discounts for my overnight hotel stay, gave me coupons to get myself something to eat and had a loaner car ready and waiting to go! All in just 5 minutes! My car was ready in one business day of which I was advised of the progress the entire time. I have been in other service centers before, but that service center was by far one of the best if not the best customer service centers I've ever been in. I advised them that my next Mercedes-Benze purchase would be from that dealership, even if I have to drive all the way from Jacksonville, they are just that amazing! More

She was very easy to work with and very easy to get along with. She was extremely down to earth and despite me not purchasing my vehicle from her( I took my car in for service, and was interested in trading in) she treated me like I was her very own customer. She took charge over my issue and really worked hard to get me a solution. She was easily accessible whenever I had a question or issue and made the entire process manageable and bearable. She was very skilled and knowledgeable and I'm forever grateful. It's funny, prior to me taking my car in for servicing I called the dealership and spoke to the receptionist whose name happened to be Abby also....when I got there i asked for Abby, and by me not knowing last names at that time they assumed I was speaking of the sales associate.....that assumption caused me to gain a friend and a new sales associate because I will be back to get my car from Abby! They rolled out the red carpet treatment I took my E320 in for service. Rachel in the Service dept. took me the same day for repairs. I also decided to buy tires from them too. They offered a comfortable area to work on my laptop while I waited. They even sent me home in style in a new 2015 loaner for a night since my tires had to be ordered. They provided excellent customer service and I received so many follow ups from everyone thanking me for my business. I really appreciate that. 2 1/2 weeks after I bought my tires, I ended up getting a screw in my new tires while driving on the interstate in AL on a trip. I called the service dept. and Lauren helped me get a copy of my invoice so that I could provide that to a tire shop in order to get my tire replaced since I had left the receipt at home. I was able to get the tire replaced and only pay for installation. I was so happy that I was able to get everything taken care of while I was on travel. These folks really have my back. They treated me as part of the Mercedes family and I will give them my business and recommend them to all of my friends!!! More
