Excellent service I had a problem with my 2010 ML that was difficult to diagnose so my car was in the service department for several days. But, I was given a loaner eve I had a problem with my 2010 ML that was difficult to diagnose so my car was in the service department for several days. But, I was given a loaner even though my car is well out of warranty AND the problem was resolved at no charge. The service manager, Troy, used a new product that helps remove carbon from the valves and my car is running smoothly again. More

Above and beyond A scheduled service turned into an unexpected repair and instead of being able to wait for my vehicle, I was suddenly faced with missing a lot of erra A scheduled service turned into an unexpected repair and instead of being able to wait for my vehicle, I was suddenly faced with missing a lot of errands I had to run. Loaner vehicles are at a premium this time of the year, but somehow I was in luck because Phil went above and beyond finding me one so that I could go about my day. While I hadn't expected this repair, I am grateful that the mechanic in the shop was extremely thorough and checked everything instead of just performing the scheduled service and possibly causing me to be stranded on the side of the road down the line. More

To many times we as Bosses, Supervisors, Managers get wrapped up in the concept of they were just doing their job. Different than before The issue I had was I waited two hours to hear from somebody about my vehicle. I then went to the person that first helped me and he went back and che The issue I had was I waited two hours to hear from somebody about my vehicle. I then went to the person that first helped me and he went back and checked on it. After he told me they were working it I had to ask two more times about it. Then there was a young woman at the service counter that basically took over my situation. She went back and checked on the vehicle, told me what was happening and what the problem seemed to be. She updated me on a regular basis (without my asking) and even brought the technician to explain the issue. It seemed to me she had been given training on how to treat customers. She cared about my wait and my need for explanation. While the first person that helped me seemed kind and professional I wonder if he had the same training as the lady at the counter. More
