The pollen is really bad and they told me to bring the car back after the pollen stop and they will wash it again for me with no charge. Mercedes-Benz of Columbus Service Department Rocks Scheduled my GLC-300 for Service A. Appointment was for 1:00 PM. Arrived at 12:45 PM and was out the door at 1:45 PM. Talk about great service. AMAZING Service Department Wow, where do I begin! I have no experience with the sales department however the SERVICE DEPARTMENT is phenomenal!! They are always helpful, courte Wow, where do I begin! They are always helpful, courteous, friendly, greets me with a smile and make strides to go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my car is cared for and that I have a clear understanding of what’s going on while they have my car. I would not expect anything less from Mercedes Benz and you guys in Columbus, GA fit the bill. Mr. David Lawrence needs a RISE...I mean seriously!! This gentleman does more than he probably should, and he pays attention to details. he is often spoken of and rarely seen because he is too busy working tediously on vehicles, but his work is greatly appreciated. He even took the time to take me to the work area to see what he was working on with my car and I cannot thank him enough. She still rides great if not better!! #Salute Mr. Phil Bono, such a wonderful man...he is so patient and soft spoken, and I cannot thank him enough. I was in a panic to figure what to do while my car was in service because I travel often with my career and he without a blink reassured me I would be taken care of. He called me just enough to keep me informed and not all those ridiculous calls about nothing. He needs a promotion and a raise as well. THANK YOU, MERCEDES BENZ of COLUMBUS, GA!! More
