Its always a pleasure to visit the Mercedes Benz service center here in Columbus. They always provide great professional customer. Always exceptionally friendly. My purchase was a contactless purchase due to illness and no dealer ever has ever been so helpful, my car is picked up and returned at each service the quality of the work is of the highest standard... Not fixed It would have been 5 stars, but I paid $61.00 to have the passenger rear fixed and it did not get fixed. Outstanding Service for my C63s A great experience all around! I made my appointment using the web portal. Within the hour of requesting my appointment I received a confirmation ca A great experience all around! I made my appointment using the web portal. Within the hour of requesting my appointment I received a confirmation call. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and I received the same prompt, courteous service for rescheduling my appointment. The team was very accommodating. On the date of my service I was greeted at the door. The team had all of my paperwork ready and after confirming the details I was on my way. My service was completed quickly. Everything was done correctly the first time (no annoying return visits for incorrect or incomplete work). My car was immaculate! My experience with other dealers has been that the outside of my car was clean, but I would find grease stains or dirty spots on the door, floor mats, seats, or the head liner. That was not the case. My car was cleaned well inside and out. The pick-up of my car was equally as efficient. While I completed my paperwork my car was delivered and waiting for me. The facility is easy to access, well-marked and clean. Directions for entering the service bay are clearly marked. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and personable. Lizzie and Troy took great care of me and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction before I left. I don't have a local Mercedes-Benz dealer. I have to drive at least an hour for any service. As an owner of three Mercedes-Benz vehicles I have worked with several different dealers in hopes of finding a good service department. My search is over! I will be back. More
