Someone didn't wash my car thoroughly enough, seems like it was wiped off(trims and rims and base was still slightly dusty..I was looking for to that part of the service benefit. Thank heavens for MB Columbus. Drive an hour and a half to visit a friend recovering from cancer. Got back in my S550 and it was dead, nothing! Called roadside assistance and they couldn't jump it so the to visit a friend recovering from cancer. Got back in my S550 and it was dead, nothing! Called roadside assistance and they couldn't jump it so they sent a flat bed and took it to Columbus. Jerry called to let me know it had arrived and after trouble shooting determined that the battery had failed. I approved a replacement and the car was washed and returned to me. Back in business. Glad that the folks in Columbus were there to back me up. More
