My car went in for an A5 service. It was return reading I was 3500 miles behind on on service. It was sent back and when it was brought back I was told the instrument panel was frozen and there was no one av was 3500 miles behind on on service. The manager and the service rep had great customer service. The problem is with the dealership. The service has gone downhill since we bought the car. I consider this car a money pit.
