I drive my Mercedes in for recall repairs only to pick it up and it totally shut down.i meet 3 other Customers In which the same issue happened. I just met another customer of Mercedes from BBB in which we d up and it totally shut down.i meet 3 other Customers In which the same issue happened. I just met another customer of Mercedes from BBB in which we drive the same truck and Mercedes messed his truck up in like fashion. Only for operation manager and shop managers to act as if we damaged our trucks. Even the desk reps knew these guys messed up our vehicles More
I had my 2020 Mercedes repaired there and they painted a new bumper which is a completely obvious different shade of color than the car, and since I’m in California, they are refusing to reimburse me the am new bumper which is a completely obvious different shade of color than the car, and since I’m in California, they are refusing to reimburse me the amount they were paid by the insurance company to do a bad paint job! I had a flat on my 2017 SL. It was a run-flat tire so I drove to the dealership. Not having an appointment the Service Writer, Ken Davis, asked that I take a seat and have a cup of coffee while he worked drove to the dealership. Shortly thereafter Ken advised me that the tire was not repairable and it would be the next day before they would have a replacement. They drove me home, picked me up the following day and returned me to the dealership. My car was ready, freshly washed and I drove home. All this took place once I arrived and Ken took charge. Great dealership and personnel. More

Upon arrival, Service Advisor Ken Davis met me while I was still in the car. I had Ken explain what services would be performed and he described the required items as well as a Mercedes full vehicle inspection. I told Ken I would wait for the vehicle to be serviced. While waiting in their customer area I enjoyed a good cup of coffee and a pastry. During my wait the Service Manager, Steve Crosby, took a moment of his time to speak with me. Service With a Smile I'm a senior citizen and I expect honesty and professional service. I took my wife's car in a couple of days ago to have it serviced, and as usual I I'm a senior citizen and I expect honesty and professional service. I took my wife's car in a couple of days ago to have it serviced, and as usual I was greeted by a service writer upon arrival, paperwork completed and I took a seat in service waiting area. The service writer, Ken, periodically stepped in to keep me advised as to how the service was going. Upon completion they had the car washed and pointed in the right direction for me to leave the dealership. I read the reviews and I am always puzzled by what appears when I see a low rating for the dealership. My experience has always been satisfying. Over the years dealing with this dealership I am fully aware that upper management, like any business, has the responsibility to see that "all customers" are treated properly. Whenever I see a bad review and I am in the dealership I discuss the low rating and the response is that they have never spoken with the person writing the review or had any contact. So, as a senior citizen I would ask that you elevate your dissatisfaction to a level of management to see if they can resolve the issue. More

Certified Professional Technician Technician is customer oriented. Not only was my car serviced but the tech explained in detail what the repair entailed and answered my questions. Although the dealership has a great Service Manager and knowledgeable service writers it is comforting to know that the actual technicians that do the repair understand that the actual customer is important and treated accordingly. Customer Service I would like to acknowledge the service department for their willingness to respond to a customers need for service regardless of it being a routine s I would like to acknowledge the service department for their willingness to respond to a customers need for service regardless of it being a routine service or one that requires extensive auto repair. My most recent service was a tire replacement on my wife's GLK. The service department, although quite busy, gave me an appointment knowing that the problem was a break in the sidewall on the front tire of the vehicle. The break was the result of a pothole impact. Knowing this was an unsafe condition they replaced the tire, checked the rim for any possible damage and advised me to look for any indicator while driving that the vehicle may need an alignment. I was treated like a valued customer. I also know that Steve Crosby, Service Manager, believes and insists that all his employees treat their customers with respect and courtesy. The wife and I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealer, 4 Certified and 2 New. Over the years I have had the opportunity to deal with many of the staff and I can say that it is a pleasure to work with both the Sales and Service. More
