I asked about the maintenance completed and they stopped talking to me after insisting me to provide my card to place on hold for the car which I had no problem doing. The worker reported she would get back talking to me after insisting me to provide my card to place on hold for the car which I had no problem doing. The worker reported she would get back to me with the maintenance inquiry and never did. I tried to search for the vehicle and it appears it is no longer available and may have been sold. I understand that the vehicle may have been sold to a more careless shopper but it's unprofessional to treat customers in this manner which could have been mitigated by just informing me the vehicle had been sold.
