When I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership, a used ML, I enjoyed the relationship that was there ahead of the purchase. Sales made sure that the maintenance side of the dealership, to include the Service Manager and Service Consultants, were introduced to my wife and I. Whenever I go to the dealership it is a pleasure knowing that my visit will be pleasurable. I currently own a 2013 SLK and a 2014 GLK, both purchased new. More

Upon your first visit and all subsequent visits you are greeted warmly by a member of the sales team or receptionist or perhaps the manager or even the owner himself. Grab a cup of coffee or a Danish and relax. There is absolutely no pressure from the sales staff to make you feel uncomfortable. Instead they work with you to better understand your needs and find the perfect Benz for you. Your wonderful experience just does not end here. Once you find your perfect Chariot of the Gods (family needs or adrenaline elegance which by the way a Mercedes Benz fulfills both) you are in great hands with their incomparable, full service department. You can make an appointment online, over the phone, via email or just walk in. If you Benz requires some highly trained technician love then they will put you in a loaner vehicle for the day so you can continue to run family errands or go to work while they work their magic on your Benz or drive you to work and come pick you up. It just does not get any better than that !!! I cannot recommend this business more for all your automotive needs. I have presented them with a number of unique challenges and they have always risen to the occasion and exceeded my expectations.
