It has now been 2 weeks since I paid for the car, I have no final paperwork, no car and no idea where the car is. It was shipped to me and I can’t even get an answer about its location, estimated delivery or anything other than ‘my manager is looking into it and will call you’. I am deeply frustrated. More

The experience at this dealership and specifically with Joshua has never been anything other than exceptional. Joshua is knowledgeable about his product; passionate about the brand and truly cares about the customer. Don't take it the wrong way when Joshua almost seems to not care if you buy a car, he has 0 pressure and is there to show you what you are looking for; help you make that decision if you don't know and educate you about the brand. He wont always show you the most expensive car he will take you to what makes sense for your budget, family needs, how long you intend on keeping the car and other factors.
