The only business opportunity I see is that my appointment was originally supposed to take two hours and it actually took four. It was a busy Friday afternoon and I understood the delay, however, it was a little bit of a lengthy wait that I was happy to do but wish I had been told four hours instead of two for planning purposes. That being said I love my car and love that Mercedes takes the time to recommend what it takes to make the car be most efficient. The staff makes me feel like part of the family and did everything they could to make this the most positive of experiences and I so appreciate everyone there. More

Front and rear brake replacement I brought my ML350 in for front and rear brake replacement. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and most helpful. I was told it would take about I brought my ML350 in for front and rear brake replacement. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and most helpful. I was told it would take about 4 hours to complete the service work. I asked about possibly using a courtesy car while the service work was being completed. They said since it was a Saturday, there were no courtesy cars available. We are always offered a courtesy car at the BMW dealership. Other than having to spend 4 hours at the mall across the street because I was stranded, everything went well. To their credit, they did finish the service work about 1 hour earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
