I spoke with Ken about a warranty claim for a key and a part that was supposed to have been ordered approved 3 weeks ago. Instead of him trying to take care of the issue he is so busy trying to place the part that was supposed to have been ordered approved 3 weeks ago. Instead of him trying to take care of the issue he is so busy trying to place the blame on another employee for his mistake. I would not have cared about the mistake as much because we all make them. But, when he tried too put the blame on another employee and possibly cause them their job or a write up it showed how shady his character really is. With employees like Ken you do not have to ever worry about me using or recommending this Mercedes Benz establishment to anyone. Can’t stand shady people. Own up to your mistakes. More
