Our recent experience with Mercedes-Benz of Collierville was awesome! First impressions, beautiful showroom, clean and shiny. Although we came in late on a Saturday afternoon, Clarence greeted us immediate was awesome! First impressions, beautiful showroom, clean and shiny. Although we came in late on a Saturday afternoon, Clarence greeted us immediately with a smile. We came to inquire on the used Porsche Cayenne they had listed on their website. Clarence was professional, courteous and not at all pushy or presumptuous. He immediately offered us a test drive and it pretty much sold itself after that. We were already preapproved with our bank so Clarence gave us options with and without a trade-in and ended up getting us a better price for our trade-in than originally offered to make the deal happen. Since it was near closing, we returned the following Monday to sign our paperwork and exchange keys for our trade-in. We really appreciate that this was such a hassle free experience. I absolutely love my Cayenne and will definitely recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to pay Clarence and Mercedes-Benz of Collierville a visit! More

This has ABSOLUTELY been THE WORST experience of my life when it comes to Customer Service. Mercedes of Collierville is no longer what it use to be. I put my car in the shop on May 10, 2024 so that my vehic when it comes to Customer Service. Mercedes of Collierville is no longer what it use to be. I put my car in the shop on May 10, 2024 so that my vehicle would be serviced while we were on vacation and I wouldn’t be stranded without a vehicle. A B9 Service Check and checking my AC because it was not cooling properly. Perfect timing so I thought….while we were away. We were gone for 15 days. A few days later after we returned, I received a call that my vehicle was ready. I dropped my husband off and he paid and proceeded home. After a few minutes of driving, my husband called me and said that the vehicle was still not cooling like it should so we both turned around and took it back to Mercedes and dropped it back off. My husband explained our concerns and left the vehicle. Days and Days passed and no here from Mercedes. I left multiple voicemails to Alex Dalhoff, a service person sent him emails for me but no call or communication. I kept calling and finally talked to a female Service person expressing my frustration and FINALLY Alex called back and apologized and told me that he would have the Service Department run Dye through my AC unit to see if it had a leek and would call me back before the close of the business day. That was almost a week ago and if I received a phone call from Alex, then you did. I started my phone calls all over again leaving voicemails, and still have not heard a word. My vehicle will have been in the shop at Mercedes of Collierville one month in 6 more days. I feel like my vehicle has been stolen and of course I wasn’t given the convenience of a loaner car. This is absolutely absurd! I will have to find a new Service Advisor or take my vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Memphis which is unfortunately not conveniently located to where I live. Do better Collierville and especially Alex. More
