More than expected My name is Velma Poe-Scruggs;I have always wanted a Mercedes Benz.I was hesitant about going car shopping because of past experiences with other deale My name is Velma Poe-Scruggs;I have always wanted a Mercedes Benz.I was hesitant about going car shopping because of past experiences with other dealerships.Long story short,Mercedes Benz of Collierville was exceptional.I had the pleasure of meeting & dealing with to of the most AWESOME Men!!! Those men were Mr.Michael Mayes & Mr.Edgar Henry.These men I feel, went above & beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of making my car purchase.I told Mike what I wanted & I was not bombarded with a whole lot of other foolishness.He brought exactly what I wanted for me to look at.And then I was told I would need to see his Manager & then I said to my husband "now this is where the foolishness is going to start" & I found my self getting very agitated.That's when I had what turned out to be a surprise & great pleasure to meet Edgar.He was quite Awesome in his own right!! Before I was finished I was laughing & crying @ the same time!!!! Mercedes Benz of Collierville is the best place & has two of the greatess men(they probably have other great people there too I'm sure) but I know about Mike &Edgar (I'm just saying)they made my day.Treated me like family.Thankyou Mike & Edgar.Folks go see them & ask for them by name.
