I had a check engine light that would flash on and off, I stopped at Mercedes-Benz without an appointment, walked in to speak with my original salesman (Michael Mayes), he promptly and happily greeted me. When I told him my problem, he said bring it in, Charlie was also very friendly and got the car right in to be looked at. An hour later the car was fixed and cleaned (inside and out). Such outstanding service!!!! Love this place!!! More

Pleasant Experience I have given Mercedes Benz Collierville a rating of 5 because of the pleasant and professional experience I encountered on Monday, April 27. I have owned two Mercedes during the past 9 years. I am a loyal customer to Mercedes Benz of Memphis. However, I opted to try this location because of convenience. Initially, I arrived at your establishment on Saturday morning at 11:38 a.m. I was greeted on the service drive by a nice young man. I failed to get his name, but he was African American with glasses and for lack of better word short in stature. However, he was most pleasant and I asked about an oil change, He confidently directed me to "Charlie." I went to his service desk to ask about an oil change. He informed me that I could not get one because of the cars that were there, and they closed at two. I was disappointed. He told me to come back on Monday. I asked if I needed an appointment since I have to be at work by 8:55 a.m. He replied, "No, I will remember you." I might have a distinct face, but I am sure there are plenty of women with Black C300s. My goal was to ensure that I would indeed receive service in a timely manner since I had to go to work. I really had no plans of returning to Mercedes Benz of Collierville after Saturday. I thought to myself, I will just go where I am accustomed to going. However, on Monday, I decided this was best for my schedule. When I arrived, I was graciously greeted by a young lady named Doris. I told her I needed an oil change. She invited me inside. From there, it was a strictly pleasant and professional experience. She assured me I would be done in time to go to work. She provided a raincheck for my car wash. When we went over the suggested services for my vehicle, she provided options and told me to contact her when I was ready to move forward with the claim for my warranty. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She directed me to get a battery for my key. Furthermore, her pleasant and professional attitude helped to get my day started on a positive note. As I previously stated, I am a loyal customer to Mercedes Benz of Memphis. However, after my experience with Doris Merritt, I will be back if she is assisting me. I hope there are more service advisors like her. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. More
