Emergency Service I was traveling from Linville , NC to Conroe Tx. when my alternator started making a loud sound. I was rushing home as I was informed that my youngest sister Cindy was dying after a 2 1/2 year battle with bone cancer. Everyone at the dealership (on a late Saturday morning) was extremely helpful and accommodating. A special thanks and appreciation goes out to Brent Lealey, my service advisor and new to that dept. from the parts area, who went above and beyond to find my warranty paperwork for the alternator installed 10 months earlier in NJ and get me back on the road to my sister's home as quickly as possible. Doris, the young lady that wrote my service ticket was also, extraordinary, she provided me with a service loaner after a mix up on my appointment time, she also gave me a vehicle I was comfortable in, I am very tall and disabled.
