I was told it would take about 4 hours to complete the service work. I asked about possibly using a courtesy car while the service work was being completed. They said since it was a Saturday, there were no courtesy cars available. We are always offered a courtesy car at the BMW dealership. Other than having to spend 4 hours at the mall across the street because I was stranded, everything went well. To their credit, they did finish the service work about 1 hour earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
