Doris, the young lady that wrote my service ticket was also, extraordinary, she provided me with a service loaner after a mix up on my appointment time, she also gave me a vehicle I was comfortable in, I am very tall and disabled. It was a very refreshing experience. Everyone I met smiled and seemed happy in their work My car was clean when I picked it up and there were no surprises on my bill.
