Emergency Service I was traveling from Linville , NC to Conroe Tx. when my alternator started making a loud sound. I was rushing home as I was informed that my youngest sister Cindy was dying after a 2 1/2 year battle with bone cancer. Everyone at the dealership (on a late Saturday morning) was extremely helpful and accommodating. A special thanks and appreciation goes out to Brent Lealey, my service advisor and new to that dept. from the parts area, who went above and beyond to find my warranty paperwork for the alternator installed 10 months earlier in NJ and get me back on the road to my sister's home as quickly as possible. I thank him greatly and praise his dedication and professionalism enormously. If only many in business were like him.
