This was my first service visit to Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek. I decided to try their service department after being disappointed by other local MB dealers. I was pleasantly surprised. In addition to being very professional, I received a video from the technician who worked on my car, explaining exactly what he did, and showing me a short inspection of my car. He confirmed that my brakes, tires, etc. were good. Very impressive. More

I went in for an engine issue and received a rental car. The rental got a nail in the tire and I was told I had to buy a whole new tire, you know those are NOT cheap, for a RENTAL. I brought my GLC300 in because I kept getting a message saying that my starter battery needed to be charged. They replaced the battery in a relatively short time at no charge because it fell under warran saying that my starter battery needed to be charged.
