These jokers tried to charge me $1200 to fix the seat track. They told me it was not covered by warranty..... When i brought it to Delray Dealership they fixed it without question. They also asked for $8 track. They told me it was not covered by warranty..... When i brought it to Delray Dealership they fixed it without question. While travelling from NC to Florida I experienced a problem with my CPO 2005 C230 Kompressor. I took my 1997 Mercedes in a Sunday for brakes problems. I had doubts to go because my past experiences with other Mercedes dealers I took my car before was disappointing.I had dishonest dealers before pu I had doubts to go because my past experiences with other Mercedes dealers I took my car before was disappointing.I had dishonest dealers before putting used parts and charging for new ones and things in that range[ like over pricing or charging parts that were not needed,. I found out because I have a retired old friend (mechanic an ex European shop owner that visit me once a year , and other contacts that confirmed these facts. Well this place turn out to be very different! After thinking it over like this dealer was relatively new I decided to go there and give it a try . I work for newspapers and my time is hectic; but the service in Coconut creek dealer was excellent,and they made things easier I feel this dealership delivered a service that is honest and to the point. Mr JUSTIN BLASKO(service Consultanr) treated me like a friend and is an down to earth excellent professional. He knows how to give good customer service .And the rest of people that attend me were very personal and efficient( I was traveling with a dog and the attendant guy gave my mother and my pet his little golf like car to waited outside ) Details like these are important for somebody but overall to trust your dealer. Dave Duffield, shop foreman was outstanding in resolving my issue. He worked tirelessly with Mercedes Corporate in troubleshooting and diagnosing my problem ensuring that the proper outcome was reached. My my issue. My service consultant Ryan was proactive in keeping me in the loop as to where we were in the repair process. I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle during the entire process. They went as far as holding onto it for extended testing to ensure the problem was resolved. The level of pride and strive for excellence is obvious in this fledgling dealership. I endorse their efforts and highly recommend them to anyone looking for Service on their vehicles inside, or outside, of their warranty. More
Car went for a routine service at 50,000 miles. Car was running just fine because it is well taken care of. Two hours after drop-off, phone call lists $2,800.00 of needed service. Only service I requested was a wheel alinment, which was never done. There is no warrinty on this car, therefore a thrill for a service agent who works on commission. Three days later I called to find out when the car would be ready, "Oh the car was ready yesterday" No one bother to call me. Beware when warrinty runs out. I will now take the car for routine service to Mercedes spealists. 4o years of Mercedes ownship, Coconut Creek Mercedes is a disgrace. More

Justin Blasko is to be commended for his excellence in customer service. He has been my service consultant at Mercedes Benz at Coconut Creek as well as Mercedes Benz in Pompano. He is an enormous credit to Mercedes as he conveys the highest caliber of service to me whenever I am at the dealership. I am so impressed with his professionalism and vast knowledge.
