My most recent visit was good. My previous visit on 07.02 was horrible. I came in for maintenance only to find out my maintenance contract expired 2 weeks prior. Still waiting. When I was there on Thursday on one of the service desks was a plaque which said "we give it our best or nothing at all". So true! More
