My most recent visit was good. My previous visit on 07.02 was horrible. I came in for maintenance only to find out my maintenance contract expired 2 weeks prior. I spoke with the service director Mar 07.02 was horrible. I came in for maintenance only to find out my maintenance contract expired 2 weeks prior. I spoke with the service director Mary Donnell who told me she would make a phone call to help me and call me back, I never heard anything. I sent an email to follow up and no response. Still waiting. When I was there on Thursday on one of the service desks was a plaque which said "we give it our best or nothing at all". So true! More

My recent service experience was horrible! My vehicle was in service for days before the dealership had a clear understanding of what the mechanical issue was. The service center has a lot of new employees a in service for days before the dealership had a clear understanding of what the mechanical issue was. The service center has a lot of new employees and their customer service is NOT a great representation of Mercedes Benz anymore. The employees seem to NOT have much knowledge, which is very frustrating when dealing with a luxury vehicle dealership. Very disappointed! More
