I have seldom been happy much less Impressed with a dealer when taking a vehicle in for service; until Now! Not only was I warmly greeted within seconds of pulling up to the curb for my appointment, I dealer when taking a vehicle in for service; until Now! Not only was I warmly greeted within seconds of pulling up to the curb for my appointment, I was waited on within minutes by an extremely knowledgeable service technician, Kevin Alexis, that made the whole experience at a level I would have never expected. He listened to my concerns and timelines and offered valuable advice on the best action plan and then made sure the plan was carried out resulting in an excellent service experience unrivaled by any other dealership service department I have ever used in the past; that's saying something because I am in my sixties. Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek is the only place I will be using to service the mechanical needs of my MB Sprinter RV especially since they are exceptionally well versed working with Sprinters regardless what type of coach is connected to them. I brought my car in as the tire pressure warning light indicated low pressure in the left rear tire. Service advisor advised me that there was a nail in the tire and they will patch it. After waiting 4 HO indicated low pressure in the left rear tire. Service advisor advised me that there was a nail in the tire and they will patch it. After waiting 4 HOURS, car was returned and advisor said he was waiving the charge due to my excessive wait. Shortly after leaving the dealership, the warning light lit up again. I returned to the dealership and was told they must not have filled tire with air. Ten days later, same warning light again. I return to dealership and was told there was a nail off center in the tire and they could not patch it. What are the chances I get a second nail in the same tire within 10 days? I ordered a tire from tire rack, had it installed at tire kingdom and asked to see the old tire after dismount. No patch! They never repaired the tire and kept me waiting 4 hours! Very dishonest to send me away believing a had 4 good tires and deceiving me that tire was patched. More

My car has 300 miles on it. I took it to the service department because it has a significant issue. They told me I did not have an appointment and they could not help me, they offered me an appointment department because it has a significant issue. The place is horrible, I have a brand new Mercedes’ and they will not service it. Very disappointing place. More
