As letters continue to arrive at my house offering me the insurance service for my car which is recommended by you but does not cover the repair of a sunroof, for me it continues to be a deception for us, your Mercedes Benz clients. I have car shield doesn’t seem like anyone cares about the warranty .. for the amount of money that I had to put out $10, 554 . And I had a warranty not good I believe they could’ve done more. The customer service is always excellent my adviser was Kevin. He kept me undated on the wait time. Even the prices was great and I went in for a nail in tire and tire rotation.
