Overall, my experience at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Coconut Creek was excellent. When I entered the showroom, I was greeted by Marty Barnel with a friendly smile asking if he could be of help. He was extremely knowledgable about Mercedes products, etc. This was especially important to me since this is my first Mercedes and I was not familiar with all the new "bells and whistles" this car has to offer. One of the most appreciated attributes that Marty and the rest of the staff I met that day, was that they were not pushy to make a sale and they executed professionalism at all times.
