I was in the market for a new smart car for commuting purposes. I called the dealer to find out if they carried the smart line since it's a Daimler product. When i walked into the dealership i was greeted by JR and it was a comfortable and great experience. He was courteous cool and provided us with his upmost attention. Additionally, he showed us all options with financing and provided us with follow up calls to ensure we and the smart were ok. Being a prior Mercedes-Benz owner several times i know the level of professionalism that comes attached with the brand in the sales side and JR exceeded my expectations. Car went for a routine service at 50,000 miles. Car was running just fine because it is well taken care of. Two hours after drop-off, phone call lists $2,800.00 of needed service. Only service I requested was a wheel alinment, which was never done. There is no warrinty on this car, therefore a thrill for a service agent who works on commission. Three days later I called to find out when the car would be ready, "Oh the car was ready yesterday" No one bother to call me. Beware when warrinty runs out. I will now take the car for routine service to Mercedes spealists. 4o years of Mercedes ownship, Coconut Creek Mercedes is a disgrace. More

What drove me to Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek had really nothing to do with the looking at a Mercedes Benz from my new vehicle. I actually had a Toyota that needed to have a dent pulled by a third p really nothing to do with the looking at a Mercedes Benz from my new vehicle. I actually had a Toyota that needed to have a dent pulled by a third part that works at Mercedes. When I showed up at the dealership to inquire about getting the dent pulled. When I walked in, exceptionally helpful and courteous staff in the service department greeted me. It was not until then that I decided to add looking at a Mercedes Benz to the list of vehicles that I was looking at. It was a few day later that I came back to the dealership looking at SUVs. I was wondering the dealership lot when Marty Barnel greeted me. We looked at one vehicle it had what I needed and we were done.
