I took my 1997 Mercedes in a Sunday for brakes problems. I had doubts to go because my past experiences with other Mercedes dealers I took my car before was disappointing.I had dishonest dealers before pu I had doubts to go because my past experiences with other Mercedes dealers I took my car before was disappointing.I had dishonest dealers before putting used parts and charging for new ones and things in that range[ like over pricing or charging parts that were not needed,. I found out because I have a retired old friend (mechanic an ex European shop owner that visit me once a year , and other contacts that confirmed these facts. Well this place turn out to be very different! After thinking it over like this dealer was relatively new I decided to go there and give it a try . I work for newspapers and my time is hectic; but the service in Coconut creek dealer was excellent,and they made things easier I feel this dealership delivered a service that is honest and to the point. Mr JUSTIN BLASKO(service Consultanr) treated me like a friend and is an down to earth excellent professional. He knows how to give good customer service .And the rest of people that attend me were very personal and efficient( I was traveling with a dog and the attendant guy gave my mother and my pet his little golf like car to waited outside ) Details like these are important for somebody but overall to trust your dealer.
