Jeff is a great salesman. He doesn't push very friendly and knowledgable about the new CLA. Had a minor software glitch with this brand new model, not unexpected, and they had it fixed when they s friendly and knowledgable about the new CLA. I have bought 2 cars from MBCC this year. In both cases the purchase process was excellent. I have bought a number of used MBZ over the years from MBZ dealers and other high end dealers. There are two thin the purchase process was excellent. I have bought a number of used MBZ over the years from MBZ dealers and other high end dealers. There are two things that stand out for me with MBCC: 1. they do the most extensive amount of paperwork disclosure on the used cars that i have seen anyone do, and this is given to you without asking. You get the amount of work done to the car (actual invoice) when they inspected the car and service history on the car is also available. When you are buying a used MBZ you want to know as much as possible. 2. After deciding to trade a car they backed up their word and made the refunds happen on the prepaid warranties i had purchased. They got it done and refunded the money in a very short time period. I will buy from them again-for sure. More
